We provide a range of services, both personally and virtually, to clients in Melbourne and across Australia. Services include food styling & food writing, recipe creation & testing, presentations & demonstrations, events & activations, classes and workshops, corporate training & team building sessions and MC'ing.
Everything we do at Sweetpea Cuisine is from the heart and incorporates our unique Sweetpea style.
The recipe for all our services is personally prepared by Sally Lukey.
Sally has always been a foodie. One of her earliest culinary memories is asking for paté on her toast before a day at Primary School. Growing up, Pa was a baker and Nana was a master home cook. The kitchen was always somewhere Sally felt at home.
After a stint travelling in Europe & Asia, and living in London, Sally gained her Education & Arts degrees whilst working in restaurant and café kitchens. She applied her knowledge in both the corporate and education sectors but returned to her passion. She wanted to combine her heart with her head.
Invaluable experience was gained working with some of Australia's most loved and well known foodies on live cooking stages, behind the scenes in TV studios and in photography studio kitchens. Sally also studied Commercial Cookery.
In 2011 Sweetpea Cuisine was created.
Since then we have enjoyed working with wonderful clients like The South Melbourne Market, Melbourne Food & Wine Festival, Woolworths (The Good Food & Wine Show), Westfield, Jo Richardson (The Kitchen Therapist), Peter McInnes (KitchenAid, Pushpan & Profiline), Silit Cookwear, Newmarket Village, The Prahran Market, The Queen Victoria Market, LG Electronics, Frankston City Council, Mornington Peninsula Shire, RPP FM and Red Gem.
